Purchasing a home is a huge, life-changing decision, and we’re with you every step of the way.
““Unlock Seattle is amazing, we would highly recommend working with these ladies! As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t really know what to expect. We had a limited budget and were using the Washington State first-time homebuyers program for down payment assistance. We were a little freaked out about everything at first, but Gerene really made us feel comfortable, we trusted her a lot, and she did an amazing job working with us. It seemed like she was literally, always available, even if we texted her at weird hours. If we couldn’t make it to see a house because we were working, she would go herself, and send us videos of the place. We actually ended up putting in an offer on our house, sight originally unseen, based on videos Gerene sent to us while we were at work. She was also awesome during negotiations, and we ended up getting a $4,000 credit from the sellers, which basically paid all our closing costs!
